• Accessing this section represents your express agreement for Seatbelt Consulting SRL to use your personal data and information in ordeto be trained remotely through the e-learning application
• The data provided by you are used by us for the purpose of recording training and testing in the fields of occupational safety and health and emergencies, as well as for the purpose of identifying your needs for assessing the knowledge accumulated in this field. Your refusal to communicate this data puts Seatbelt Consulting SRL and your employer, in the impossibility of ensuring the mandatory professional training according to the law.
• Seatbelt Consulting SRL processes your personal data in good faith and in accordance with the legal provisions in force, by automatic and non-automatic means.
• At your written request you can benefit from the right of access to personal data and not to be subject to an individual automatic decision, under the conditions of the European and national legislation in force . You also have the right to intervene, the right to object to the processing of your personal data concerning you and to request their deletion. To exercise these rights, you can address a written request, dated and signed, to the person responsible for processing personal data, Mr. Neagu Bogdan, at the e-mail addressbogdan.neagu@seatbelt.ro . Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties except for the purpose of fulfilling the legal obligations of Seatbelt Consulting SRL, if applicable You are also granted the right to go to court for the protection of any rights guaranteed by the legislation in force for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, which have been violated.
• The data provided by you will be kept in the database of Seatbelt Consulting SRL for the entire period of the contract for the provision of services with the employer, period in which you will have access to the application. After this period, your account will be deleted.
• If any of the information about you is incorrect, or will be subject to further changes, please let us know as soon as possible.
